We are flexible with the contracts to minimize your cost for professional IT support. We can service your business and taylor our contracts to meet your requirements. We also offer support by the hour this will allow small businesses / residential costumers to gain support without a contract. Contracts are available for businesses requiring support at least once a week or more and will help lower the cost for IT support since we offer lower rates for the guarantee of repeat business. Once a contract agreement is drawn up you have a 90 day period to cancel the contract for any reason at no additional cost other than the agreed upon rates for the services we provided. We are in the business to keep our customers happy. This allows both parties to ensure the job requirements are a perfect match before the long term agreement is finalized.
