Not good. At the closing of our newly bought property, the only HOA documentation produced was marked "Preliminary." I was told in that meeting that the HOA representative was unreachable, and that the HOA was assumed to be dissolved. Much to my surprise, I received a bill for TWO payments to the HOA that were "late," with the admonishment that late charges were in progress.

If I had known the HOA fees associated with this property, I would never have purchased it.

First American due diligence?? In my opinion, I think not.

I will never go to these guys again. For anything. Only wish I could post zero stars.
