I have tried calling since 11 and no answer at all still mine customer service number doesn't work they stated they are open till 2 doors were locked and closed at 1130. I need a reply back from the owner 9016518833 please

Wanted to shop local and ordered 3 bouquets for valentines dat. I ordered late so when they said they needed to substitute some of the flowers, I totally understood. What I don't understand is why my $65 bouquet looks the same as my two $45 bouquets. I was told subs would be equal or greater value. The bouquets were not in any way like the picture - not even same vase. I called to complaint was told by Angie that she would look at order and call me back. She did not. I called again and got attitude from Angie and she said she would have owner call me. Still no phone call. Nearly $200 on flowers that look like they came from Kroger and No Customer Service. I will never order from here again. This is why so many people don't shop local. One star only because I couldn't give zero.

What a horrible experience I had with them on Valentines Day. I usually order from FTD.com or proflowers.com but decided to shop local this time. I went to their website and picked out a wonderful looking bouquet and even upgraded it to the deluxe version for an additional cost. What they delivered to my wife was something you would pay $15 at Kroger for, not the $82 I spent. I called the florist after my wife sent me a picture of what they delivered and told them that it was the wrong arrangement and didn't look anything like what is on their website. I was told that I could bring them back for them to evaluate. I told them I was working and paid for them to be delivered, and that what they sent was not what I paid for. Reluctantly they agreed to pick them up and see what the problem was. A few hours later, another delivery woman brought the arrangement back with ONE additional flower. The delivery lady told my wife that she would not have been happy with the flowers either, but the "little man" that does the arrangements said we got our money worth! What a scam. The roses were old and squishy at the base of the flowers and had wires holding them up straight (which they wouldn't do on their own). Also they were extremely short and barely made it half way into the vase that they were delivered in. The majority of the other flowers didn't even make it into the water. It looked like the threw leftovers together and called it a day. I order flowers around 10 times a year and have never seen such a sad excuse for an arrangement. I will never give them my business and will warn everyone that I can to stay away from these scammers!!!
