This is the best place to buy a car, repair a car, or have body work! They are now being featured at LA Fitness as the recommended auto dealership and repair/body shop! I highly recommend getting your next new car and all your repair/body shop needs done there!

In late March I took my car to Sunrise for 4 new tires and other maintenance. I presented a mailed offer from Sunrise for a 10% military discount, not good with other offers. Daryl Moore brushed that aside saying I'll get you a good discount. Upon examining my invoice at home I discovered Mr. Moore had unbeknownst to me signed me up for a tire discount worth $70. The military discount would have been worth $159. (10% vs 4.4%) I didn't know about a tire discount and wouldn't have signed up anyway as I had been offered a military discount. Besides, tire discount would not have covered the other maintenance charges. Upon discussing this disparity with Kevin Wheeler he was adamant that I was only qualified for the tire discount. he also maintained that I had already received a discount on the tires but nowhere on the invoice was this mentioned nor had it been mentioned before. Just glib talk and a classic switcheroo with their offer. After 5 years of a good relationship they screwed it up with this false offer. I had planned on a new Buick Lacrosse in April 2019 but now it won't happen with Sunrise.

Oil changes should not take an hour and a half. The people working the counter have no sense of urgency, do not seem to care about the customer, and have no issue arguing with the customer. I will not be back.

I took my used Ford Focus in for a trade. On the commercial, Fast talking Bob Brookheimer says that he can finance you no matter what your credit or how much you owe on your trade. I saw salesman, Bob Portwood. He took all of our information and never contacted us back. My wife and i told him of our bad history. I even called and left a voice mail reminding the salesman our phone number and our interest in a pickup truck. Nothing!!!
