They are dirty and out to get your money. We have lived in the same apartment complex for THREE years an never had an issue till them. They have towed us 3 different times in our own damn parking lot.

I chose Bugs Towing because of their great reviews. They showed up fast and provided a tow to my local repair shop. They were affordable and less than what I expected. They were also careful with my car and very kind to a fella that just got stranded due to a radiator belt breaking.

I could not have been any happier with Bugs Towing in Colorado Springs. After I was stranded in the snow when my coolant tank failed I was cold! Forgot my jacket and let them know I was freezing. They immediately dispatched a tow truck to my location. Gave me a warm tow truck to sit in and offered me a snack while they hooked up my car. The driver was very professional, friendly and accommodating. They took care of the payment through my insurance and got me home on a busy Friday night. Thanks, Bugs!!

They are prompt professional and curious. There pricing was upfront and and affordable. The other reviewer expects to get 2 tows for $75 bucks. He might want to take his meds. Yes, tows cost money but Bugs was upfront. As a consumer it is up to you to clarify and I made sure to ask questions.

I called these jokers on March 13th and set an appointment to be towed to a specific location and back again for the next day, March 14th at 1PM. When I asked about price, first I was told $75, then he quickly flipped and said, no, he meant $75 each way At 105PM on the 14th, they were not here yet. So, I sent a text to the same number i had texted my info to the day before (when i actually got a response) as I was trying to figure out where my truck was. The one from the 14th did not get a response. At 115PM, having received no response and no truck, I called them. First, they were surprised to find out they were supposed to be somewhere at 1 PM and two, were shocked that even though they agreed to be here and provide a service, I was cancelling said service. As I hung up I heard the excuses start. I will not ever call these guys again, even in an emergency.
