Provided by YP.comI'm not a Carl's Jr. fan, but this restaurant is convenient to work. They have a Big Country Burrito that is pretty good, but only when it is prepared correctly. The first time I went, the food was prepared correctly, but the cashier gave me the wrong change. The second time I went, the food was prepared wrong. The Big Country Burrito comes with gravy over ham, hashbrowns, cheese and scrambled eggs. I went to the drive-thru, so I didn't know until I got to work and then had the worst surprise of salsa over gravy. It was disgusting, but instead of throwing it away, I took it back after work since I was given a receipt. I tried it for a third time, food was prepared correctly, but again the cashier could not count back the change. I tried for a fourth time, and again salsa over gravy - then was surprised that my receipt wasn't in the bag, so I had to toss it. Anyway, I'm done. If it isn't the poor service, it is poor food. Don't waste your time or money.
