Exterior painting for the entire house, replacement of 20 windows and 2 patio doors. This is a FANTASTIC company! If you want quality work, done right, then go with Front Range. On the other hand, if you want something done hastily and poorly, look elsewhere.Matt and his crew were extremely detail-oriented and always showed us that they wanted the absolute best for our home, as if it were their own residence. They were so impressive with painting our home's exterior and replacing most of our windows that we kept finding more jobs for them to do, including replacing the remainder of our windows (including the addition of a large garden window in our kitchen), adding a new front door, building a new front porch, and re-painting two metallic roofs on our back porch and utility shed.Future projects we plan with this company include a garage interior renovation, installment of panoramic windows in the exercise room, and a back deck re-build.If you really want the best possible work done on your home, go with Front Range. Keep in mind that better quality may sometimes require more patience on your part, but is major home maintenance/construction something you really want to rush through?Thank you, Front Range! We look forward to working with you for years to come!

Painted all Exterior - window frames, Decks, soffit, spouting, porch, pillars, garage and front door. They were professional ,courteous, and helpful. I live in another state, I needed a company that I could trust. I had friends in the area check on the work and they were impressed. They will be using them the next time they need Exterior paint. I think that says it all.

Repaired water damaged drywall, paint and texture kitchen ceiling and bathroom ceiling, paint walls of kitchen, a valance in a living room, and three bathrooms. I wouldnâÂÂt be doing anyone any justice if I wasnâÂÂt completely honest. This company stepped up and jumped in to take over when a competitor left us hanging the night before work was supposed to start (which was the weekend before Thanksgiving.) We were expecting family for the holiday so I was willing to spend a little more. I had to take off work while work was performed. The price was competitive but I was in a time crunch so it didnâÂÂt matter. There was cold weather expected and the company was happy to take the contract to work inside on such short notice (two days). It was a rough start due to icy road on Monday morning, after being stood up by the competitor, I was pushy about staying informed and I started to worry when they didnâÂÂt show up at 830 as promised. I called and they assured me it was a delay due to the icy roads. Work began at 1130 once paint and materials were picked up. Things went pretty smooth until I noticed the foremen was gone and his "assistants" started to tape up light switch covers instead of removing them. I took it upon myself to go ahead and correct the issue and took all the covers off in all the rooms that were getting painted. The salesperson had written down everything I wanted done however it seemed as though it wasnâÂÂt relayed to the foremen. He had a copy of the punchlist so I went through the list with the foreman initially line by line and pointed out everything I wanted repaired, textured, and painted but in a few areas, a coat of paint was put down prior to the texture. I pointed out my concerns and they were fixed prior to the next coat of paint. I had them re-texture a few spots on the kitchen ceiling and bathrooms where the counters where changed and the drywall needed to be textured. When I noticed something that I didnâÂÂt like, such as paint on the baseboards, they took care of it (I marked them as good as opposed to excellent for the light switch and baseboard issue). I think that should be expected by a professional painting company. It took them several days but they kept working until I was satisfied. They taped off to prevent overspray and did a great job of cleanup. They used the kitchen sink to clean up and the cleaning on our part was minimal. Being that we didnâÂÂt get off on the right foot, the salesmen was very generous and gave us a gift card for a meal. I would definitely recommend this company for this type of work. I recommend that any homeowner stay aware of the progress and make sure that the work is done to your liking. Thanks Front Range Exteriors!!!

Excellent job, very thorough and very conscientious about keeping paint off the stucco. Also cleaned up the job site each day. The whole crew was great but Francisco was a rock star! The quality was worth it.

They applied a second coat of stain to three deck floors; installed two new gutters and downspout extension; applied a new flat roof to the front door overhang; patched two large holes made by flickers in the soffit. Front Range Exteriors is my "go to" company for all the maintenance on my house exterior. This is convenient for me because they have experts in several different trades (e.g., roofers, painters, carpenters) so that I can get the repairs done dealing with only one company rather than several. Because the same workers return, they are developing a history of what they have done on the house in previous jobs. All the employees who have worked on my house have been polite, friendly and extremely competent. The quality of the work done is excellent and they are prompt to repair even the slightest hiccup (e.g. a small trim strip that worked loose). Because they do such quality work at fair prices, they seem to have many jobs with the result that there may be some lead time before they can get your job done--but I feel they are worth the wait of a week or two.

Painted house exterior. It went well. Contracted on Friday, work was completed Tuesday.

We got an estimate from them for painting, but used them for a window replacement. Two guys came out to measure and two came back to install the window. The measuring took less than 30 minutes and the installation took an hour or two. They guys were friendly. They did what they needed to do then left. They left the work area clean. I thought they were good. There was one small part on the inside that was missing and they told me to call, but I forgot. The installers remembered and came back and put it in.

It was an Angie's List Deal for Exterior Painting--Includes Paint. They painted the exterior of our house and deck. They also painted one room on the inside of the house. It was excellent. They got the job done in about 2-3 days. They sent 3 people out to do the job each day. The scheduling worked out fine and the cleanup was great.

About two weeks ago an estimator cane by and we provided him with a typed list of the work and showed him what that represented. He took pictures of the areas involved and gave us a firm estimate which we accepted. There was no charge for the estimate, whether accepted or not. Our list was attached to his estimate. They performed all the work contracted for in a timely manner and the result was outstanding. The individual assigned to preform this work was a true professional. He was a pleasure to work with in ecery possible way. We would use this firm again and would love to have the particular individual assigned once again!

I called FRExteriors in August 2014. Mark Peterson came to my home & explained 3 different plans to me & told me about the company. I chose the plan & he said it would take about 3-4 weeks to get house painted. Then John called me & explained they would power wash the house & then come out & prep the house for painting. They came out & did sand the wood, caulk & they had to replace wood on the side of my house by the chimney because water had ruined it. They replaced all the wood & then after all the prep work they got to the business of painting. The team was awesome. They were on time. They worked all day. They put up plastic liner over all the windows & doors so the paint wouldn't get on that stuff. They did paint my garage door shut & I had a heck of a time getting it open to go to work, but I did finally get it open. I, of course have to open my garage door to go into garage. The next day when they took care of doing all the trim work, they repainted the garage door & this time left if open to dry & I had no problem with it then & it came out very nice too. When the team was done, they picked up all the trash from the yard. They left the paint that they didn't use (about 1/2 can & left 1 plank of wood from replacing the wood by the chimney) & then the job was done. I was very satisfied & extremely happy when my house was done. What a difference a paint job makes to the home. I would happily use this company again & also recommend Front Range Exteriors to anyone looking for a very fair price, good explanation of all the services. Plus after all that I got a good warranty. The paint was from Sherwin Williams. Super Paint-Exterior Latex. Best of all it didn't take 3-4 weeks. It took less than 1 week. For all the work they did I got a very fair price & very good service. I would use this company again.

Front Range replaced our roof, fixed some damaged siding, gutters and completely repainted our house although insurance only paid for half of the house being painted. Front Range would not give me an actual estimate on the roof, and gutters; they said they would accept whatever our insurance estimate was. This should have been a red flag, but based on BBB reviews and their website, I foolishly let them do the work. My original insurance estimate was $6000 and their invoice for the roof, gutter repair and painting came in at over $11000. I repeatedly asked them for an itemized invoice for the work and never got one, even after being told several times one was being mailed. I had to initiate calls to them asking for a final bill, but refused to pay until I saw the itemized invoice. It's been almost a month now and I have yet to receive it, and they had the audacity to call, lie to my wife about the status of the invoice and question when we were going to pay them. When the painters were finished, I did a final walk around with them and noticed they had not finished caulking around the patio and was told they would return the following day at 3pm to finish. They never returned. Where they repaired/replaced some siding, the worker painted over wet caulk and it subsequently developed cracks and bubbles. Based on previous interactions with them, I fixed this myself and caulked around the patio. I placed numerous phone calls to the office and they either didn't answer, or when they did, the person I needed to talk to was unavailable. They did do a good job on the roof and aside from the caulking not being finished, the paint work was good. I am not happy with their customer service, their deceptive and evasive tactic of not providing an actual written estimate, but isntead using our insurance estimate and the fact that an employee blatantly lied to us about the invoice so they would get paid.

Provided excellent service in repairing and resurfacing a large flat roof on my house. patched and repaired the stucco home then sealed all stucco walls with a tinted Sherlastic coating that made our home look brand new. The crew and personnel from Front Range were very professional and took care of all the work as quickly as possible, weather permitting, They always communicated the schedule and kept us informed about the progress of the work, All the work turned out very well and looks great! Price as quoted was the final price paid.

Got fours bids. Only one company was cheaper than Front Range, but I got the feeling that I was still getting the best quality from all of them. Estimator was very easy to talk to. The crew did a lot more than I expected to prepare for painting, and was very efficient. Looks great. I'll be having them replace three windows in December, too.

We were thrilled with Front Range from beginning to end! We met with Jon for an estimate for re-painting the house, the shed, and replacing our gutters. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and the bid was middle-of-the-road as far as price, but he promised the quality would be the best in town, and he was right! The paint crew was very respectful and competent, the crew leader was very friendly. They did SO much prep work before starting painting. The gutter guy was nice, too. Our house looks fantastic! The new colors really stand out. They do roofs to. Our roof was fine this year, but if we get hit by hail next year, we'll call Front Range.

Front Range Exterior are absolute liars. My wife agreed with them to complete insurance work by 26 SEP, with them knowing that my house was to be sold in OCT. They repeatedly stated the work would be done. We gave them the closing date of 8 OCT once we knew it, and they continued to say it would be done by the 26th. The 26th of SEP came and went with no word from them, only it would get done soon, they kept pushing the day back it would be done every time we actually got a hold of them. They routinely do not answer phone calls or return them in a timely manner. Their roofers also ripped my gate off, dropped something on my satalite dish, and dropped their equipment on my wife's garden, and got paint from my deck all over the house walls. Their only response, days later, was "did you fix it or do you need us to?" I have dogs and kids and couldn't have an open back yard so I fixed everything. They have never apologized for running late, their manager Jon is a liar and argues with me on the phone about when it will get done and has not once tried to do anything or even apologized for them lying in their contract with us.

We had a great experience with Front Range Exteriors, start to finish. In mid January, Matt gave us a "no obligations" estimate. He appeared very knowlegeable of paint products and walked us through the process of painting our home's interior, but we never felt pressured. Our walls were quite rough in the high traffic areas from our four children, but Matt assured us that they were repairable. We scheduled the project for the next week, and the entire job was completed in under 2 days. We considered moving out of the house for a few days (more expense), but were pleasantly surprised at how low impact the project actually was. The paint (Sherwin Williams - Harmony) dried very quickly and had surprisingly little odor, a concern as our son has breathing allergies. The painters were considerate of us and our property, and undoubtadly skilled at their trade. They paid special attention to the rough areas, patching and re-texturing multiple surfaces. Never, at any point, did we feel like they were "cutting corners" or giving us less than we bargained for. My wife and I were amazed at the difference this project made in the appearance of our home. We were very happy with the service we received from this company and would not hesitate to refer them to our friends and family.

I accepted the offer of a free estimate to have the exterior of my house repainted. I was curious, so I said yes. My wife was there during the estimate and I looked at the paper work when I got home. They offered 3 levels of paint with different warranties. I knew the price was competitive based on what my neighbors had done in the past several years due to hail damage. We decided to go with the high end paint to hopefully lengthen the time till it needed to be painted again. I signed the paperwork to have the job done and waited for some decent weather to got the job done.Danny called on Thursday to let us know he would start on Friday at about 10:30. He showed up on time and told us what he planned to accomplish that day and the next day or two to complete the job. To my surprise, thursday was spent "prepping" the house for paint. I expected taping the windows and exterior items attached to the house (lights etc..). Actually they did that and caulked, and primed. I hadn't seen that level of work on all the houses I had seen painted around me. The next 2 days were the same. Highly professional workmanship with wonderful attention to detail. I tend to hover when someone is working on my house. They didn't mind and seemed to relish explaining the process. I was completly comfortable with their ability. Danny was in the business for 25 years and the 2 poeple working with him had 15 and 7 years of experience. My wife and I are both very happy with the experience and the outcome. We will call them again when we need work done.
