I generally do not rate businesses that I do not like -- I just don't go to them anymore. However, if you own a HotSpring spa in Colorado Springs, this is the only choice for repairs. I find their servicemen knowledgable and courteous. Their office staff are just the opposite. The gentleman who often answers the phone is rude and gruff, the person who schedules repairs is often not in and the other staff members do not offer to leave a message, and a call for a relatively urgent problem that might ruin your spa if not taken care of quickly is ignored as urgent -- after all, it isn't their spa so they act as if "if it is ruined, so be it." I will continue to use this business because I don't have a choice. However, there is a lot of work needed on customer service among the inhouse staff. They could learn a lot from the BBB customer service program.
