This Walgreens is a scam! I went to pick up my prescription on June 1st, paid my co-pay and was given 10 out of 30 pills. After I paid the full amount and was given the prescription I was told to come back on Monday for the rest. I came back Monday, June 3rd at 7:30pm to pick up the rest of my partial prescription and the lady working tried to charge me another co-pay. I said I'd already paid a co-pay and held up my receipt. She didn't answer me and continued to act like she was ringing up a bill. I repeated myself and that's when she got nasty! She raised her voice to me and took on a very sarcastic tone! She stated that she heard me and she needed to take the charge out of the system. I said I would have appreciated her communicating that to me the 1st time instead of ignoring me as it looked like she was ringing up a bill. She then threw the prescription at me, asked if I had any questions, and before I could answer stormed off. She was rude, unprofessional and not a good representative for Walgreens.

THIS IS THE BEST WALGREENS IN COLORADO SPRINGS!!! EVERY SINGLE PERSON I HAVE DELT WITH IN THERE HAS BEEN TOTALLY NICE AND HELPFUL! i CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS STORE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TREATED RUDELY BY MANY OTHERS HERE IN THE SPRINGS. ESPECIALLY THE ONE NEAR SAFEWAY ON W COLORADO. THOSE PEOPLE ARE LIKE OUT OF A HORROR MOVIE!



THE PRICES ARE EVEN BETTER AT THE ONE ON NORTH CENTENIAL AND THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT SELECTION. THE STORE IS INCREDIBLY CLEAN. I HAVE USED COUPONS THERE AND REGISTER REWARDS AND THE STAFF WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING! OTHER WALGREENS TELL YOU YOUR REGISTER REWARDS AND COUPONS WONT WORK AND WONT TELL YOU A REASON -JUST SMIRK AND SNARL AT YOU. YOU WILL ENJOY WALGREENS IF YOU MAKE THE EXTRA TRIP TO NORTH CENTENIAL- AND YOU WILL SAVE ALL KINDS OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE BEST UNADVERTISED DEALS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS!
