Provided by YP.comMy wife and I have been going to the Y for over 8 years doing the Silver Sneakers water aerobics and loved it. It has been discontinued and replaced with ballet and dance lessons. The water aerobics gave us the exercise we needed being senior's but no longer. What's next?? We will look for other places to spend our money.
