Hannah Hanebrink, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees infants two years and older, teens and adult patients. She provides preventive care such as annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations, and health screenings. She also manages acute and chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, minor injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and sprains and strains. Hannah provides patients with additional support through the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP), a lifestyle intervention and weight management program. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.
