EmailJu-Jitsu Dojo of Columbia was founded in 1990, and has been in continuous operation since that time. We train in practical self defense against real-world attacks of all kinds, both armed and unarmed, standing and on the ground. We offer both youth (ages 4-13) and adult (ages 14+) classes, and offer family discounts and unlimited training. You are welcome to visit and observe or participate in a class, with no cost or obligation. Come try a free class!

- Practical, reality-based self-defense training for men and women from all walks of life. If you want to learn how to avoid threatening situations, respond to lower-level threats, and defend yourself against a wide variety of armed and unarmed attacks, come train with us. No prior experience is required. We also offer youth classes, where our younger students develop situational awareness and learn the fundamentals of self-protection.
