City cab has drivers who do not shower and do not use underarm deodorant. They never have cabs working in the morning because they are lazy most drivers do not shave and most look like ex cons

Best cab company, ever. Prompt, polite service. I call no one else when I need a ride! The other cab companies in town will have drivers who "go the long way" to and from your destination in order to boost the fare. Not so with City Cab!

I just watched car # 65 with tag # TX10087 speed through a school zone on Buena Vista road.

Called to schedule a ride the day before I needed the taxi so I wouldn't be late for my flight and they assured me they would have someone there at 9am to pick me up ( flight was at 1pm in Atlanta) at 9:15am no one had shown up so I called again, and was assured that the driver would be there in 10 min 9:30 still no taxi, called another service and was picked up in 5 minutes. I will never call this company again, terrible service!

I have used City Cab for the past few years and ever since they got new management I have to say their service has gotten so much better! It was good to begin with but now it is extraordinary! I always have and will continue to recommend City Cab to all of my friends and family! Keep up the good work City Cab! It is hard to find a reliable, family owned company these days, but I have found it with City Cab!

BEWARE / DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY. Called the evening before to arrange for pick up the next day at 0930 at Visiting Officer's Quarters, Olson Hall, Fort Benning. Company accepted reservation. Called the next morning at 0900 to confirm pick-up at 0930 was assured that cab would be there. Cab did not show. Called at 0930 to inquire as to when cab would arrive, dispatcher hung up on me. Called back at 0935, hung up on me again. Cab never showed. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY.
