Don't use this business! It's been a while since I dealt with this company but it was a terrible experience. The owners don't honor their obligations and are very rude. I contracted with them to install flooring in my house. They failed to show up and when I called I found they had been to the lake for the holiday weekend. They claimed I had the wrong date for installation even though the date was written on the contract. The owner gave me the run-around; scheduling a new date and also failing to show up. After the second missed appointment and a heated phone conversation I cancelled the contract. I had to get another contractor and pay a much higher price to get my flooring installed.
