What a disappointment.

Beautifully appointed salon. Worst customer service ever. The owner and her husband are rude and condescending to clients and insist that whenever something goes wrong with the client's hair as a result of their service, that the client has a physical or spiritual problem.



The owner applies some "secret sauce" concoction to allegedly detox the hair, but refuses to disclose the contents of the product for the sake of preventing potential allergic reactions.



Further, the salon insists that clients use ONLY their products and loudly reprimands clients that do not. They are bullies.



If I could give a minus star rating, I would.

Only go to Transitions if you are seeking drama.
