Central collision repaired front bumber of my 2011 Avalon and i was very impress of their work. They have great stuffing and Carol at front desk was super sweet and helpful! They even covered up for my deductible when my insurance ordered me to pay 500 out of pocket and ended up paying $0! I recommend everyone to go to central collision they best and i mean best in the business!!

After my 2007 Saturn Vue's door was damaged in a parking garage in January 2015, a friend recommended this shop for my repairs. From my first call to book an estimate to the finish, this was by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair business.

The staff is courteous and helpful, the shop is conveniently located, and they made drop off and pick up very easy for me and my busy schedule. Carol coordinated everything with my insurance company to have a rental car brought to me and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I also really enjoyed their easy-to-use website portal that allowed me to check on the progress of my vehicle's repairs. They finished the repairs by the date and time promised and, when I picked up my car, it had been cleaned and looked fabulous.

I enthusiastically recommend Central Collision to anyone I know who is looking for a repair shop in Central Ohio. Great place!

This review is regarding my 2008 Lexus RX 350. Carol has been absolutely wonderful through this whole process. My insurance company has just been dreadful and Carol helped me the whole entire time with a loaner car and everything else that I needed. All the repairs that were done to my car look great. I had my car repaired before at other major companies and I feel like central collision did an absolutely wonderful job everything is great!

I have had the pleasure of working with Central Collision twice within a year. What a great experience. Carol always is super helpful, efficient and wonderful to work with. Now my poor accident prone Saturn looks brand new!

Central Collision went out of their way to ensure that I had a good experience! They towed my vehicle to the shop, covered my $500 deductible, and allowed me to use a loaner car they offered!
