Conie Construction Company is a site development company that specializes in sanitary and storm sewers, waterlines, earthwork, soil stabilization and box culverts. Its projects are located throughout the central Ohio area and consist of large housing developments, apartments, condominiums, commercial buildings and public works projects. In addition, Conie Construction is a distributor for Dandy products, which are designed to keep silt, sediment and construction debris out of storm systems. The company was founded in 1923 under the name Thompson-Conie Construction. In 1966, Jack Conie Sr. acquired Thurman Thompson s interest in the company and changed the name to Jack Conie & Sons. The company arrived at its current name in 1990.
