Do not use this company. Very poor communication. They contradict themselves consistently. Estimate received and accepted. Called to verify when the work would be done after we received a voicemail saying we were first on the list with no day or date given. After four days called to confirm when they would be out we were told that they no longer wanted to do the job. The owner has major ego issues and doesn't care about word of mouth advertising or what the customer wants.

This company employs dishonest people, who will try to cheat you any way that they can. It's sad that you can't trust a business or it's employees.

Worst company ever!!!!! Never would use them again. They came out to do the job gave us a verbal estimate and said they would send us a written estimate. Written estimate was signed and $200 was paid towards the job. After the job was done they then told us we still have to pay extra for the service call of $175. We were told that the written estimate was the service call and the job performed.

Professional Gutter & Drain came out to my house to check out some clogged drainage pipes for me. They were on time and very helpful. They explained to me exactly what they were doing, why they were doing it and how much everything would be. I really appreciate when a business is up front with you from the beginning. If you need ANY type of installation, service or repair for your gutters, I highly recommend Professional Gutter & Drain!
