Provided by YP.comThe personal trainers are awesome. They really listen to your goals and design your workouts around them. Very well educated and experienced trainers. It is a small local gym with a very upbeat feel. It doesn't matter if you are 20 something or 50 something, just beginning a workout routine or a lifer, all are treated the same. It is a great place to go sweat.
