TERRIBLE customer service. Went to get an oil change they ended up forgetting to put the cap back on so I had oil everywhere under my hood.

This place charged me $576 for an oil change a gasket and to fix my turn signals. They were suppose to fix my car because it kept shutting off for no apparent reason. They said it was the gasket so I told them to fix it. Well that wasn't the problem so I took it back in and they said it would be another $650. I decided to get a second opinion and all I needed was a mass airflow sensor that even I could fix and did in 10 minutes. I know nothing about car repair. Also turn signals still don't work properly and I am afraid to take my car back in because of the attitude I got from the supervisor when I told him they were dickin me around. Plus they would probably want to charge me another $600 for something they were already paid to do. Like they did the first time. I will never trust another Tuffy vented again.
