ACS and its owner, Gary Brown, were found guilty of defrauding clients in Los Angeles Superior Court Case number YC 053779. They collected $306,000 and tried to trick the clients into thinking much less was collected. The judgment is still unsatisfied so any money going into ACS' bank account could be garnished by the FRAUD victims. It would be foolish to trust Gary Brown and ACS with your receivables.
