I cannot say enough good about this store... every time my husband and I have taken our vehicles there they find us the best deal possible. They are extremely helpful and very very friendly!!

Bought tires from Tire Rack. Had them installed a week ago only to have to 2 of the tires run nearly flat. After having them looked at by my routine service center, the tires were not mounted properly in conjunction with the TPMS, allowing air to leak. Not to mention, the wheels also were not balanced correctly. I won't be going back! No confidence in their service!

A few months ago, 3 times I went back to get the correct item I purchased online. They kept saying it was the same thing, only packaged different...it was a different color, different design, different manufacturer, different name, and different item. I pointed this out, and the guy still tried to tell me it was the same thing. Then as I was leaving, he went over to the tire mechanics and started joking about it. Poor service? Unprofessional? Absolutely!
