Saltbox Farm has been in Chef Ben Elliott's family for almost three quarters of a century. Established by Ben's grandparents, Saltbox Farm is a 10-acre working farm where Farm Manager Mark Congdon provides organically-grown produce to customers at Saltbox Kitchen, a farm-to-table cafe and brewery in nearby West Concord, Saltbox Catering customers and to members of our annual CSA program.
