Have been waiting almost 3 weeks for new lens for my glasses and all I can get from LensCrafters is "have no clue when they will ship, maybe anytime now". In my book, unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience with LensCrafters. FYI, ordered new full glasses from online service and got them in 10 days. Go figure.
