Jeremy Honaker, CNP, PhD, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). He received his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) and Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP).
