Provided by YP.com3 days ago I got metro services and also bought a purple bluetooth headset and a phone case. They were running a special buy both at $20 a piece which made it $40..basically buy one get one free. Only one if the ear buds work on the headset so I called and asked for a replacement on it and the manager refused to speak with me but told the sales rep to tell me if I had bought it at full price then they would replace it...so I'm writing a this review to let others know if you buy accessories from metro...BUY FULL PRICE!!! Otherwise you will receive a faulty product and there is nothing you can do about it even with a receipt!! Poor Management skills!
