Unreliable. Spotty quality. Nathan is one of the most untruthful individuals I have ever worked with, and I've done many houses. If you're not his decorator girlfriend, you can forget about getting anything done. They're happy to pick up your furniture and get a deposit, and give you a delivery date. Kiss your furniture good bye for at least six months. This guy literally told me several times he would deliver on a certain day, then crickets. I gave them a houseful of furniture pieces, and four months later I got a some cushions. The sleeper sofa they were going to build never even got started. After seven months I picked up one set of furniture half done, and the fabric for the sofa they never built - no refund. Basically a guy who can't keep a calendar and acts very annoyed when you want what he promised. Kiss your deposit goodbye too. Ugh.
