I do not understand how a doctor can stay in practice and NOT answer the phone . I had surgery yesterday and am in extreme pain . I have called the office 4 times and no one will answer or call me back .So please find another ENT, or find one that will answer their phone, instead of a machine.I will look for another ENT to follow up with.
