I had the best and most quick experience with Dan Chapman & Assoc. Everyone was extremely nice and super supportive throughout my entire case. This company goes above and beyond what is asked of them and they work hard to get you the best settlement decision possible. I definitely would recommend the firm to anyone dealing with a personal injury claim. Thanks a million to this awesome firm !

I had called this law firm two weeks ago and I was told someone would contact me. It never happened so I called today to be told oh you did not have enough property damage, so we will not take your case. I said it was very unprofessional and had I not called I would have been waiting around when I could have been seeking other counsel. My back has been hurting and waiting on this firm proves to be a waste for me. Therefore, I would not recommend this firm. If possible I would have rated them lower, however I had to select one star to post a rating.

I found this office to be very personable and professional. They answered all my questions and helped me understand the process of my claim.

Enjoyed working with the staff on case. They are very knowledgeable. I would choose them again for any future issues I may have.

This is by far the worst law firm I have ever seen. There is no professionalism what so ever!. You are only treated like a client until you sign the contract. After they lure you in you become nothing but another case with a hefty attorney fee attached to it. They refuse to contact you for updates on anything regarding your case and when you call them to ask whats going on, you get blown off to their voice mail. There is total confusion among their office staff as one hand has no idea what the other is doing. When they do decide to return your call they have nothing but attitude as if you are bothering them. I wish I had performed my due diligence before allowing them to represent me. If you are looking for good representation do yourself a favor and rip out the page in your YP with their listing on it and keep looking.

The person working my case was unprofessional in getting me updates on my case. She acted like she had a attitude when I called. They do not inform you of the status on your case you have to call and they take their time on getting your demand letter to the insurance company.You should not have to call them on the status of your case they should be calling you.
