We came to celebrate my friends birthday on 2-11-20. There were 2 people in our party. We arrived at 2:17pm and left at 5.21pm.
My friend had not celebrated her birthday in 8 years due to family deaths that occurred around her birthday. Today was supposed to be a joyous occasion filled with fun and laughter. Instead it was ruined by the direct actions of Manager Vincent Holmes and his staff and we will forever remember our bad experience.

It is completely unacceptable that we had to sit and look at dirty dishes and half eaten food during our 3 hour dining experience. The restaurant was not even crowded. I did some research after we left and found other reviews people posted with pics of dirty tables. Obviously we are not the only people who find it gross.

The table directly next to us sat dirty 35min the 1st time. The same table sat dirty 25 min the 2nd time. I know the times are not exaggerated because I used the call logs on my phone when I called a friend and when another friend happened to call as the starting times.

We spent almost $120 for lunch to look at dirty dishes multiple times during our 3 hour dining experience and to be disrespected by the manager Vincent Holmes while also being made to feel like we were being unreasonable asking for the table to be cleaned.

I have eaten at this location over 10 years and never had such a horrible experience. There is clearly staffing issues with this location starting with the Manager Vincent Holmes all the way down. My waitress Gwen was excellent but the other wait staff was not.

Know I see why their Yelp review is 2 out of 5 stars. I used to own a restaurant and grew up working in restaurants my family owned. I am so disappointed with my experience that Red Lobster has lost me as a 20+ year long time customer.

Took my kids for a family nigh...

Took my children for a family night out. at the Red Lobster on Dogwood Drive in Conyers on 3/04/12 besides the 1 1/2 hr wait that were were told would only be 45 minutes, the food was horrible!! my children who love sea food did not even touch their lobster or shrimp, the so called lobster pizza we had no lobster on it, the salad was a disgrace laden with a thick goopy dressing, I don't even use salad dressing on my salad, the fried calamari came with fried broccoli? seriously who fries broccoli, both my parents were professional cooks and I'm an avid cook, so I know how food is supposed to taste. the food tasted microwave, doused in butter to cover up the obvious lack of freshness, the rice was greasy. Loud noisy atmosphere, I can't believe I paid 141.00 for such horrible food. red lobster has seriously fallen off. disgraceful!!

I give this location 3 stars because the server always remembers my mom by name and how she likes her order. As far as food, it's typical of the Red lobster chain.

It's Red Lobster so not much else to say about the food. If you are familiar with the chain you already know what to expect. For this location in Conyers, be prepared to wait in line for at least 30 minutes for the evening meal or weekend meal times. They also recently changed the menue and increased prices which has caused a slight drop in business. The value for the cost is not what it once was. I would currently rate it as over priced for the value recieved coupled with having to wait in line for so long. I refuse to wait in line to pay for eating in a restaurant because this is indicative of an indifferent attitude toward the customer. If customers love a place so much the business should expand the facility to accomodate and provide a comfortable, pleasant experience. Unless of course you happen enjoy being hearded into and out of a restaurant like cattle. Rated as one star due to price and long wait times. I and my family refuse to patronize the place any longer for these reasons. Better experience and value to be found elsewhere.
