Great business

Absolutely love the work they did on my car! They even brought it to me after it was completed! Love the business and the owners! Made me feel like I was part of their family! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Customer was told he was welcome to seek other estimates, but insisted on leaving his vehicle and agreeing to pay $1300.00. Although his intentions were to only pay $500. because he provided his own paint, which is of the lowest quality of a particular brand. Desert Body Restorations only uses DuPont paint. Customer was told of the outcome when using this product without using other materials that were not provided go with it. He said that he had researched it and was aware. Not our fault. We cannot warrant a product we don't use. His car was completed as of May 28th and he promised to pick up his car with the cash payment for work completed that Friday May 31. We proudly use DuPont refinish products.

By far the worst Body Shop I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Paid $1300.00 for them to spray my car using my paint that I paid $400.00 for, now it looks like crap. Fisheyes, orange peel, and they didn't color sand of buff like they said. Wants me to take it home and sand the parts and bring it back to them to respray. Has anyone ever heard of such madness. Now says his credit card machine is broke so I have to pay him cash. Won't respray his mistakes and is extorting money from me. Will not release and will charge me $35.00 a day storage because he can't except a credit card. This was never agreed to, a cash sale that I don't have. Now I have to pay the outragous fees for cash advance on the credit card. Why should I pay for crap work? Then to extort more money, these guys are the worst crooks I have ever seen. Stay away! He's trying to tell me he has $10,000 paint jobs in there right now, are these guys going to pay cash too? Does anything seem not right with this? The Better Business Bureau should definately take a look into these guys. You can Email me any time for more info.
