New ownership provided fantastic customer service when I inquired information about installation for my home. Would definitely recommend this location to those seeking invisible fence for their property.

Horrible service. The dealer and office employees of this location are rude. When you request service appt and ask to be on site they just show up anyway. Invisible Fence offers a great product but request corporate to assign you another dealer otherwise you'll be stuck using this location and if that is the case find another system to put in.

I have had my invisible fence for several years and if I had to do it over again I would simply find another company or buy one at Home Depot/Lowes or Dogwatch of Memphis. The way they treat their customers is just sad. They are VERY rude. I went in with a defective collar and the receptionist just said sorry that's not under warrenty. They sell their product with a lifetime warrenty and when I asked her what part of the collar was covered under warrenty she just laughed and said "sorry" to bad that's not covered and I asked again what part of the collar was covered she still did not answer me. She then stated that I could buy a new collar for $279. Unfortunately, the next closest Invisible Fence Company to the mid-south is located in Nashville. Therefore, whether you're satisfy or not you're basically stuck doing business with them.

My experience with this company has been terrible from the start. They did not show up ontime to install my fence I had to call to find out if they were coming and was told their driver had been lost for 2 hours and it would be at least another hour before he arrived. When they installed my fence I requested they use the culvert to cross my driveway when I got home they had cut thru the black top on my driveway, and part of my fence wasn't even buried. You could walk around and pick the wire up. Now I have a break in the fence they had to come and repair. I was told it was a $80 service call. When I got home and got the bill it was for a $79 service call and $40 for mileage and $21 for materials. When I called to setup the service call they scheduled it around when they would be in my area, they also came a day later than they said and no one called to reschedule for another day. If I had know then what I know now about this company I would have found another company for my fence.

I had a Pet Safe doggie door installed and am very satisfied with the product and the installer. He arrived on time with the product I had requested. Was very friendly and professional. Also showed an interest in my dogs. He took the time to play with them. The installation is very neat and was done in a timely manner. Me and Walker & Lacey all love the doogie door. With a few treats in hand, they were running through it by the next day, like they had been doing it all along. Thanks Invisible Fence and I will recommend you to my friends & family. Good job!
