This is by far the worst pediatrics office I have been too. From day one we have had issues with them saying my son's secondary insurance is not in their system. So I called and verified and advised the billing clerk that he was enrolled and the next appt they said he had been terminated from his secondary insurance last march. Not sure how that would be when he was just enrolled in Nov 2014. Rita (front desk) has the worst attitude ever and walks around like she is better than everyone. Dr wright, odum and Dr woods are great drs but my kids will not be back thanks to the horrible attitudes at the front desk
