The CSR are the worst ever!! Knowledge on the software is horrible!! They had a rep that is no longer with them that sold me a damaged phone (that I'm still stuck with may I add) The other lady "Lacy" is extremely dumb to the touch screen world!! She has yet even attempted to try to satisfy my business with them! The last time I came there she insulted my intelligence towards the phone! Then I stated "again" that it's the charge port!
