The company has complete design capabilities with AutoCAD, computer-aided manufacturing and access to Pro/E services. Its machine capabilities include wire electrical discharge machining, abrasive water jet machining, computerized numerical control milling and machining centers, lathes, grinders and custom heat treating. Bellwether has extensive experience in working with all grades of steel, aluminum and titanium. It also manufactures precision extrusion dies and components, tooling jigs and fixtures, special tools, forming dies and punches. Bellwether fixture systems can be made for a wide range of power tools, such as drills, grinders, hammers, nutrunners, nutsetters, polishers, nutwrenches, saws, screwdrivers and shears.
