Provided by YP.comi was not happy with the service there. i walked into the store with my son, and we were the only ones in there, and it still took them 10 minuets to help me. Ridiculous. After I finally had the chance to tell them what was wrong with my phone (not vibrating when I get texts) they told me to use my insurance to get a new one...um no, I dont need to pay to have it fixed, I didnt break it. I left and got the number to call customer service instead, where the hold time was only 3 min!
