Be very careful when his office tells you something will be covered. I received a bill for a cleaning, which they had told me would be covered. A cleaning is something that can be put off if necessary. Dr. Walker refused to "do the right thing", and write it off. Maybe it should have been taken from the paycheck of those who told me it would not cost me anything.
