There are a lot of very helpful and knowledgeable employees at this location! Although i was treated very rudely by the bleach blonde haired shorter girl more than once when i needed help at this store. I am not sure of her name because she has never actually helped me one one one with my device, Yet every time i have seen her she is very standoffish and rude. I made a point to go out of my way to be friendly and greet her because i noticed this the first time, and it feels like she is going out of her way to make me not feel welcome. Is it that hard to give even a half smile when someone enters your door?! Every time i have spoken to her she won't even make eye contact with me and barely mumbles a short reply if i am even graced with the honor of her acknowledgement at all. If it wasn't for the outstanding customer service i have received by the other employees in this location, her attitude alone would cause me to take my business elsewhere.

Thank you John for helping me but and set up my new iPhone. Best customer service experience ever:-)
