My wife and I took attended a seminar developed and lead by Dr. Dufour on the use and practice of self hypnosis. During the four hour seminar we learned what self hypnosis IS, and what it is NOT. Under his guidance, we practiced several self hypnosis methods. The time literally flew by. We left the seminar with a feeling of well being and energy.Thank you Dr. Dufour
