From an ‘addicted waster’ to an HR manager, father of a 3-year old and a beloved husband. That’s how my stay at California Recovery has changed me. At one point in time, excessive drinking affected both my personal and professional life. My father got me admitted to rehab centre at CR and things changed for better since then.

I cannot thank enough to the staff at California Recovery. They take such great care of all the patients here. These guys are so patient, compassionate and well-trained. I don’t think I would have been able to complete my residential program without their support.

I will be honest- Treatment wasn’t enough for me. I have been in and out recovery centers only to fall back to my past habits within weeks. However, California Recovery was different. With them, I took the treatment and one step at a time. But what made the real difference was the combination of exercise and meditation. Meditation truly helped me connect to my body. I am an alcoholic. But, I have been sober for over 8 months.
