Grabbed a quick combo plate here with a friend. Ordered the leg and thigh, rice and pinto beans. The chicken was moist but didn't have quite as much flavor as I would have expected. The rice was bland and the beans a bit rubbery. Two of us ate for under $14, but I think El Pollo Loco would have been just as good, if not better. Not horrible, but I won't be clamoring to go back.
