My wife and I had a great experience with Eva. She showed professionalism and genuine care for us as clients and as new parents. We found our home in Ontario, CA. We made an offer in October and we closed escrow within a month. She was a great asset to our homebuying experience. Eva definitely knows how to work efficiently and how to perform with great results in such a tough business.
Elvis - Ontario Purchase
Elvis & his wife Karla were perfect example of clients that I had met at an Open House & immediately we established a connection. I remember, Karla was pregnant & was just about to delver their first child together. Both were living with family at the time & although they appreciated the in-law help; they were more than ready to find a property & have their own space. So, once Karla was feeling up to it, We started looking for property meeting their criteria & eliminating areas they didnt see themselves living in & narrowed it down to 2 properties. Then, Elvis & Karla went with the property where the agent best negotiated the terms of their purchase & once we inspected the home to ensure it was free of any major problems. My clients moved in a few weeks ago & they are so happy.... I even provided them with some Bar Stools I had so that they could start to furnish their home & I paid for a Professional Cleaning Service to come in & make sure it was move in ready! I love buying special gifts for my clients depending on their needs, this is a unique way that I can show clients just how much their happiness means to me!
