I was doing a refinance and needed a questionnaire filled out and the escrow department had it done right away.

When my house was flooded Lordon was kind enough to send someone out immediately and fixed the problem

Always returns calls, voice mails and always has helped me solve any issues or concerns!

My remotes were stolen and I was able to ask Lordon to replace them. When I came in they were already ready and I didn't need to wait even a minute.

I requested for a lien release and the legal department released and sent it to the county recorders for recording the same day.

VMy lender was requesting a copy of my master insurance policy and Lordon was able to provide information immediately.

I needed a rush on a file and the Escrow Department was able to rush the file for me immediately. Lordon is always so helpful.

I called one morning to discuss a leak that I found in my roof. By the end of the day, the repairs had been made, all while I was at work so I was not inconvenienced in the slightest.

I needed my pool key for my new unit. I asked if they could mail it to me. I received the key 2 days later

You can never go wrong with Lordon. My calls are always returned and I am not afraid to leave a voicemail. I know my calls will be returned THAT day. The customer service is just awesome.

The customer service I have received from Lordon has been exceptional. They were always willing to help with any request, and always asked how they could help with future requests as well.

My lender requested a copy of my master Insurance policy and Lordon was able to fulfill this request immediately. I have had to have files rushed to me twice now, and Lordon had no problem rushing it for me.

The staff is always helpful in getting me what I have requested in a timely manner. I especially appreciated how quickly they notified me when there was a change with my insurance.
