Provided by YP.comMy husband had an appt. there and when he gave them his insurance card, rather than verifying it, they simply asked if this was any part of "Obamacare." He told them that yes, we receive a subsidy but our Humana insurance lists this office as a network provider. They would not call or offer to find out, they simply told him they would not take any part of "Obamacare." Once Humana called them and straightened them out they asked if we would like to reschedule. We declined due to the discrimination we were shown and their lack of professionalism.
