Horrible customer service, very rude and uncaring.

Left multiple messages to schedule appointment, and never once got a single call back. When I finally reached a person after calling every day for a week I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager was sent to voicemail and also never received a call back and it has been a month since. I also had my daughter’s school principal call for me and she as well did not reach a person or receive any call back from leaving a message. This place should be shut down!!

I finally gave up and went to Children’s Hospital, and they were super nice and over the top helpful and accommodating to my situation. Children’s Hospital even hooked us up with an intern/resident appointment free of charge because my insurance wouldn’t cover us in Ohio as we are KY residents.

I saw Dr. Beth Myers and was extremely pleased with the care from both her and her nurse. I felt I was better treated and had more information given and explained to me than other offices that make it seem as if all they want is your money.

Can never speak to an actual person, and the automated system is unnavigable. Only one of four voicemail messages returned. Prescriptions not refilled. Ran out of medication 10 days ago but can't reach anyone (after 14 minutes of being on hold you're kicked over to a voicemail system that apparently isn't checked). If it weren't so difficult to find mental health services in Cincinnati/NKY I'd switch providers in a second. Very disappointed.

Beware!!!! This gynecologist is a CREEP! He does & says questionable things to his patients during their exam while his overweight nurse turns a blind eye to it. Go somewhere else for prenatal care!!!
