Provided by YP.comHorrible experience with an urgent overnight shipment. They claimed I was not at my business to accept the package which was 100% inaccurate. The customer service line as well as the local print and ship center was of no help. They simply apologized and said there was nothing that could be done. Whats the point of paying for overnight shipping if it is not taken seriously.
