Last wk ordered 2 pizzas. One was fresh & one inedible. Last night nobody came to take my order until I called hello two different times. She took order without saying a word to me. Pizzas came but when I went to pay, computer was froze. Finally called 'supervisor'. We waited and waited. Finally my husband came in to see issue. After several more minutes we asked why they couldn't use other computer...'not logged into it'. After approx 10 min more they got working. Not one of them said a word to us...no sorry for delay, appreciate your patience, not even thank you, have a great day, nothing. As former loyal Little Ceasars customers we were excited to have this location open. Another strike in future and we will not be returning.

Usually get bad service at Covington location. One night I got there at 8:30 and the lights were out and they only had one pizza left to sell. Good pizza at a great price but can never count on getting what you go there for. Also, the hours on the ad says open til 10 but they close at 9

I went today to pick up a pizza and crazy bread. I asked the cashier if the pizza was fresh and she told me it was. I got home 5 minutes later and opened the box and it was barely warm and it was old and dried up. The crazy bread was good this time but in the past it has always been very under cooked. I call the phone number to let the manager know and they don't answer the phones.

The service at this restaurant has been awful every time we've been and the last time the pizza was clearly undercooked. I know not to expect much from a 5$ pizza but as bad as this place is, they could give them away free and it still wouldn't be worth it.
