I just don’t know what’s so special about this place. The fries were cold. I went through the drive thru. The sandwich wasn’t anything special. I’d rather go to Sonic or Wendy’s.

We go to eat at about 11:20 and there's a big crowd. We order our food pretty quickly, but then we wait an hour for it. The wait wouldn't have been so bad if the food wasn't ice cold when we recieved it. Upon a complaint, the general manger Rochelle comes to our table. We go to make a comment about the wait and she cuts us off and says very rudely says "yes I'm aware of how long you've been waiting" then when we say the food is cold she says in the most rude and demeaning tone "I've been back there doing inventory do there's no way your can be cold." her attitude was awful. We asked if she'd like to try a bite to prove that it's cold. She looks at us with disgust and says "no."

We never had such a rude manager speak to us that way. In general, everyone there was rude and disrespectful, even the waitress.
