Horrible!! Stay away!!! Not skilled!!! Very unprofessional!!! Gave them over a month to fix the problem and not one thing got done.

Tyke Cycle Shop was found by myself on the web when I was looking for a bike to ship to Australia. I emailed Jennifer to enquire about shipping, she stated they don't ship, no worries I thought so I emailed back to say I would organise the shipping. Low and behold Jennifer sent me back an email to say she would not allow the bike to be shipped as they don't ship bikes period!! This is from a online company that ships parts etc and is a authorised merchant for credit card services, go figure??? Needless to say I will be buying elsewhere. Definitely NOT recommended. There should be a no star rating!!!!

Tyke Cycle Shop was recommended by a friend because of his low labor cost. Needless to say my first experence wasn't a good one. I needed to have my carborater adjusted to prevent an occasional back-fire and have the clutch replaced ... everything else worked great, absolutely no other issues ... but what I got was a 2 month wait and unreturned phone calls. Yes, I got a new clutch but I also got a bad crank shaft, and OMG, I still have the back-fire issue. Tyke insisted that the bad crank shaft was not the result of his work on the clutch even thou the crank shaft is just opposite of the clutch. With great reluctance, I had Tyke replace the crank shaft with the promise that the work affort will only take an addition 2 to 3 weeks to complete the job. Five weeks later, I spent an additional $1,300 and still have the back-fire and now a dead battery that won't hold a charge. My friends are telling me to take it back and have Tykes fix the bike to my satisfaction but I don't want to wait another month or more to find out that the bike is not working as expected or there is something else that is wrong that he will again insist that it wasn't due to his obvious negligence. *** Cheap labor cost equals cheat and bad service. *** I will not be a return customer and I will definitely let it be known.

Tike what can i say about this place. Wow is good. a down to earth shop that knows all makes of the un-caged.

Tike is a guy that will listen to what you want and he will try his best to make it work out. I had some issues with my bike and really wasnt for sure what was going on with it. i know i my mind what i wanted to do but i was unable to do it. Tike heard what i needed to say and he was able to handle and take care of it. thanks for a great job.
