Waited 1 hour for a simple order of a 20 piece chicken meal at KFC in Covington, Washington on 10/13/13. Ordered 1/2 original and 1/2 grilled. Server said it would take 20 minutes because they didn't have any white chicken. after 1/2 hour, I went up to the window and asked about my order. I was told they were bagging it and it would be right out. When I got my order, it was all original with no grilled. I asked why? Manager told me that the grilled chicken they prepared was burnt so he didn't want to sell that to me. So what? They just decided to change my order without even asking me? Manager said he would cook some more grilled but it would take another 13 minutes. I was furious. I wasn't even offered anything extra for the mix up. The staff that was working on that night during the 7 to 8 pm hour should not be in a customer service business. Will think twice before going back to that store. Very unsatisfied customer.
